Pixel smartphones by Google offer the best software experience, and the latest Pixel 9 Pro (review) is no exception. It is possibly the best device to experience Gemini AI, as Google bundles an annual subscription to Gemini Advanced AI, worth Rs 23,400, for free with each device. A report by Android Authority suggests that Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy S25 Ultra is also rumoured to include a complimentary Gemini Advanced Google One AI annual subscription. Besides, the subscription also offers 2 TB of cloud storage, Gemini in Gmail, Docs, and other Google apps.
If true, the Galaxy S25 Ultra will deliver an unparalleled AI experience, combining Gemini and Galaxy AI capabilities. However, this might come at a cost, as Samsung could increase the prices of the Galaxy S25 series.
The Galaxy S25 series is expected to launch in late January or early February 2025. The lineup is likely to include at least four models: Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, Galaxy S25 Ultra, and the Galaxy S25 Slim, which may debut at a later date.
All variants of the Galaxy S25 series are rumoured to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chip. The base models of the Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25+ are expected to feature at least 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage. The entire series will reportedly ship with Android 15-based OneUI 7, which is currently available in beta testing for Galaxy S24 series users.
Similar to the current Galaxy S24 Ultra, the Galaxy S25 Ultra is poised to set a high standard in the flagship smartphone segment. Leaked renders suggest a flat design with rounded corners, and the device is expected to feature a quad-camera setup, including an upgraded high-resolution ultra-wide-angle camera.
