Here are five such smartphones launching in February 2025, which are already making headlines:

vivo V50

Coming just weeks after the X200 series, the vivo V50 is expected to offer affordable camera innovations, including Zeiss-tuned optics. According to leaks, the phone is said to feature a dual-camera setup at the back and a 50 MP high-resolution selfie camera. The smartphone is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chip and is likely to ship with the latest Android 15-based FunTouchOS 15 skin on top.

iQOO Neo 10R

The iQOO Neo 10R is shaping up to be a performance-centric mid-range smartphone and is said to be powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chip. The device is expected to feature a 6.78-inch, 144Hz refresh rate screen and is speculated to come with a massive 6,400 mAh battery with 80/100W fast charging support. Like the vivo V50, the iQOO Neo 10R is also expected to run on Android 15-based FunTouchOS 15.

Tecno Pova 7 Series

At least one of the phones from the Tecno Pova 7 series will arrive in February. According to a teaser image shared by the company, the Pova 7 will feature a unique LED light that runs around the triple-camera setup. The device is expected to be camera-centric and might offer a triple-camera setup, as well as competitive specs with some AI features.

Nothing Phone (3a)

Nothing’s next phone — the Phone (3a) series — is confirmed to arrive on March 4. The series will include two devices: Phone (3a) and Phone (3a) Plus, which will be the first phones from the brand to feature a dedicated telephoto camera. These devices will also offer an improved design, possibly including Glyph lighting, and are most likely to ship with NothingOS 3 with a host of AI features.

realme Neo7

Powered by the Mediatek Dimensity 9300+, the realme Neo7, another performance-oriented mid-range smartphone, is likely to launch in India in February, according to a report by 91Mobiles.
